2nd Student-Written Comedy Sketch Anthology
The Comedy Academy, Inc. is pleased to announce that Meriwether Publishing LTD/Contemporary Drama Services, one of the country’s primary sources of scripts for middle and high schools drama programs, has recently published a new anthology of comedy material - HELL'S LIBRARY and fifteen more TV parody sketches written by students for students. The title sketch was written by Leah and Rachel Solomon and was most recently performed in The Capital Fringe Festival as part of The Comedy Academy, Inc.’s Fringe entry FRESH FROM THE FUNNY FARM – local Laughs performed at the Warehouse in July, 2010. The sketch features five wannabe librarians tasked with challenges by “the dreaded librarian, Ramsey.”
